How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps.

Step 1 — Email our Client Services team at concierge@contact.tarnibatra.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and your reason.

Step 2 — Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Authorisation number and instructions.

Step 3 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) and include the Return Authorisation number inside.

Step 4 — Drop the package off at your nearest courier point or arrange a collection. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Step 5 — Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
